(OTC BB: IASCA) is pleased to announce it has agreed to purchase an interest in two small producing oil and gas wells in Burleson County, Texas from a private company. The consideration will be 1,000,000 shares of IAS Communications. One of the wells has a working interest of 6.65% and the other has a working interest of 15.5%. The wells are operated by Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, which is one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration and production companies in the world.

IAS Communications, Inc. is currently seeking to acquire additional oil and gas interests in North America.
